Summary

I don’t expect anyone to read this, so I’ll feel free to ramble and self-indulge as if this was an about-me page on Xanga.

Professionally, I write iOS Apps. Apps I’ve worked on have won awards and been featured numerous times in the Apple App Store. I also wrote a #1 best-selling book on Unity game development. Sometimes I develop games in Unity3D and play around in Unreal a bit as well.

When I’m not building software, I’m often in my workshop building something tangible — furniture, tools, arcade gaming consoles. Or I’m designing in Fusion 360 for my 3D printer. Or wiring up some sensor project. All of my life, I’ve felt like I had to build things. It’s what I was put here to do.

I also read a lot. My interests are mostly non-fiction including history, biographies, most of the sciences, philosophy, psychology, law, engineering. Sometimes I read fiction and usually re-read Lord of the Rings every year.
